FREE TO BE ME
For High School Students (13–18 years)
Saturday September 12th | 9:00am – 12:00pm.
The Student Hub, 6686 Stirling Rd Suit #101, Hollywood, FL, 33024
The teenage years play a huge role in shaping a young person’s identity. Messages from friends, social media, school, and life’s disappointments can quietly undermine confidence, self-worth, and the courage to be themselves.
FREE TO BE ME helps students build a healthy sense of identity by discovering their true worth, seeing themselves through God’s eyes, and embracing the unique person they were created to be. Through engaging teaching, uplifting worship, and opportunities for personal reflection and prayer, students will be encouraged to overcome insecurity, rejection, fear, and comparison, while growing in confidence, resilience, and hope.
During the morning, we’ll explore three life-changing foundations of identity:
Session 1: My True Worth
Understanding that our value is not determined by performance, popularity, or other people’s opinions.
Session 2: A Healthy Self-Image
Learning to replace insecurity and comparison with confidence, truth, and a healthy view of ourselves.
Session 3: Wonderfully Made
Celebrating the unique gifts, personality, and purpose God has placed within each young person.
Our prayer is that every student leaves with greater confidence, a stronger sense of identity, and a deeper understanding of God’s love and purpose for their life.
Cost is $79 per student and $39 for siblings within the same family.
